Shipping Information
We offer two tracked U.S. shipping options at checkout:
- Free Standard Shipping: estimated 7–12 business days after dispatch — $0
- Priority Shipping: estimated 5–8 business days after dispatch — $4.99
Processing Time
Each ShiftLume is individually printed, assembled, charged, tested, and packaged.
Orders are processed within 2–3 business days before dispatch. Shipping estimates begin after the order has been dispatched.
Estimated Delivery
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier handoffs, holidays, customs processing, weather, or the destination.
Selecting Priority Shipping shortens the estimated delivery time but does not change the processing time.
Order Tracking
A USPS tracking number is provided shortly after the parcel is collected.
USPS handles final-mile delivery. Early tracking may show “Label Created” or “USPS Awaiting Item” while the parcel is moving through the first part of its journey before entering the USPS network. This does not necessarily mean the package has stopped moving.
